Mindmed Announces Voting Results for Annual General and Special Meeting

NEW YORK, June 1, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Thoughts Medication (MindMed) Inc. (NASDAQ: MNMD), (NEO: MMED), (the “Company” or “MindMed”), announces the voting success of the Company’s once-a-year general and specific assembly of shareholders held on June 1, 2022 (the “Conference”).

Election of Administrators

The five nominees of administration have been elected as administrators at the Conference. The voting success for the election of each director nominee are as follows:

Appointment of Auditor

At the Assembly, KPMG LLP was appointed as the auditor of the Corporation for the ensuing calendar year and the administrators were approved to repair the remuneration to be paid to the auditor.

Alteration to the Company’s Share Composition

At the Conference, shareholders authorized the alteration to the Company’s share construction to eradicate the Several Voting Shares of the Company and re-designate the Subordinate Voting Shares as Frequent Shares of the Firm.
